An excellent expression of ASSYRTICO white wine, one of the most popular native Greek varieties. Made by MUSES ESTATE, one of the most prominent wineries in Greece. A gastronomic wine, pairing excellent with a good fish or even white sauces.

Muses Estate premium CRISPY ASSYRTIKO

WINE CHARACTERISTICS: Fresh and vibrant, with a nice crispy acidity, lemon, green apple, and mineral finish.

HARMONY: Fresh shellfish, white meat with light sauces, pasta dishes, Greek salad and Mediterranean cuisine.

VINEYARD: The soil is fertile, with mixed composition ranging from sandy loam to clay loam thus offering the possibility of producing wines of exquisite quality and rich aromas. The microclimate of the region is characterized by cold winters and warm summers, while a small river called Permisos contribute to the existence of a mild continental climate

VINEYARD SLOPE: The vineyards are located at an altitude of 560m with a slope of 4%

VINE-GROWING: We cultivate our vines according to the principles of integrated agriculture, which ensures protection for the environment, the consumer and the people working in the fields. 

AGEING: It does not mature in barrels but stays for 8 months in tanks with wine lees. 

SUGGESTED DRINKING WINDOW: 4-6 years | Served Best at 10-12° C | Alcohol: 13%
