An excellent 100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON by MUSES ESTATE, one of the most prominent Greek wineries.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS: Pure cherry and blackberry fruit mingles with mineral, spice and earth notes. Displays great focus, an elegant profile and a long, lingering finish.

AGEING: 12 months in oak barrels 225 lt.
DURATION: It is recommended for long maturation, beyond 10 years.

VINE-GROWING: Vines are cultivated according to the principles of integrated agriculture, which ensures protection for the environment, the consumer and the people working in the fields. Most of the varieties are planted in linear vineyards trained in double cordon royat. All of the vines are planted in densely rows, a technique which results in lower yields per vine and, therefore, higher quality grapes.

VINEYARD SLOPE: The vineyards are located at an altitude between 450 and 550m and have a slope between 3 and 7%.
HARMONY: Combine it with rich red meat,beef Bourguignon or with yellow cheese
