AGIORGITIKO and SYRAH are ‘crossed’ in an extroverted, velvety and very good value for money red wine, which comes from vineyards at an altitude of 800 meters in the mountainous CORINTHIA area in Central Greece. Its lively fruity characteristics are very kindly embraced by the elements of oak from the 8-month maturation in oak barrels and a wine arrives in our glasses ready to give us many moments of pleasure. 14% alc.

Its color is deep gray. Its aroma is expressive and full of freshness with red fruits, sweet spices, licorice, some hints of florality and vanilla. In the mouth it has a relatively full body, soft tannins, balanced acidity and a pleasant fruity aftertaste.
Ideal with red meats, dishes with red sauces, aubergines imam, beef fillets, grilled meats, cheese dishes, and cold cuts. Combined perfectly with International and Mediterranean cuisine.
AGIORGITIKO is a red Greek wine grape variety that, as of 2012, was the most widely planted red grape variety in Greece. The name AGIORGITIKO means literally “St. George’s grape” which could be a reference to the chapel of Saint George in Nemea or to Saint George’s Day which is celebrated in November around harvest time in Eastern Orthodox Churches.
