PAMAKO is the first EVOO worldwide that managed to get officially prescribed by doctors as FOOD SUPPLEMENT due to its exceptionally high concentration of PHENOLIC (antioxidants) substances.

In a chemical analysis done at the University of Athens in October of each season, the evaluation showed impressive results. The levels of Oleocanthal and Oleacein (the main phenolic substances) present in PAMAKO Monovarietal are far higher than the average values revealed to date by international university studies. Recent scientific studies have associated Oleocanthal and Oleacein with antiflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective activity.
